Statistics at the golden slot in the game center menu, would be very nice. Personally I'm a bit tired of knowing that I could have won playing the plus mode, instead of losing playing the basic mode (or the other way around).

I'm sorry, but how would statistics help you with the "I might have won if I had played the other instead" issue? What sort of stats do you have in mind to begin with?

I rather wanna use 5 Golden Game Chips at one play (plus mode)and win once, than use 5 Golden Game Chips at 5 plays (basic mode)and win maybe one time.

This is still confusing, you can't mix it in with another game.

You only have 1 kind of game chip you can use anyways. Also it's also like the real game the more "valuable" the prize is the rarer it is to get. It's also confusing to calculate the percentage you can get from winning something as I believe all the slots are programmed the same, only the prizes you win are different and the cost.

Not sure if the odds of getting this or that symbol row are the same across modes (e.g. whether you have x% chance of getting 3 Squirtles with each spin regardless of basic/plus/legend mode), or how for example the chance of getting 7s is related to the one of getting Pikachus, but one thing I found is that these stats apparently aren't supposed to be public:
