While it's labeled as a raffle, this is probably going to be done a little differently than people may be used to just to spice things up. How is that, you ask? It's an elimination-style raffle.
Simply put, when it comes time to draw for winners...instead of drawing the first 5 (or more) numbers and declaring them winners, I instead draw numbers and eliminate the numbers drawn, down to the last number. Last number(s) standing wins!

Let's say I have 10 numbers 1-10 and I
start drawing numbers.
First number drawn is number 3, so number 3 is eliminated from the pool.
Draws keep happening and eliminating more numbers. Let's say numbers 8, 1, 4, 5, and 10 are the next few eliminated, leaving behind 2, 6, 7, and 9 as potential winners.
Next draw happens and eliminates number 7.
Of the last 3 numbers, 2 is drawn, making that number the "3rd place winner".
Of the last 2 numbers, 9 is drawn, making that number the "2nd place winner".
By default, since number 6 is the only number remaining, that number becomes the "1st place winner".
This is how the raffle will occur and this is how prize handouts will be determined.

The only rule is "behave and be nice to other users". I don't want to have to remove someone for being on the naughty list! Oh yeah, and make sure the number you're picking isn't already taken, otherwise you might get a number you don't want!

Pokeheroes username is obvious. This is where your username goes. If this doesn't match your username, it's a void entry!
Favorite color holds no weight, but it's a silly addition. You can put anything here as long as it's a color!
Ticket number is the number you want in the raffle. If a user above you has chosen the same number, you will be given a different number as close to that as possible. One number per user! Everyone will (relatively) have the same odds of winning!
Delivery Pokemon is the Pokemon you most want to deliver your prize if you win. You can choose up to 3 different Pokemon or state "no preference".
NOTE: If you choose a Pokemon I don't have in either Extras box, or a user who places higher also chooses the Pokemon you want and I don't have multiples, there's nothing I can do for you. If you've chosen multiple Pokemon, I move down the list (first chosen, second chosen, third chosen) until I find one that's available. If there are no available Pokemon that you've chosen, one will be chosen at random.
NOTE 2: You can edit your Delivery Pokemon preferences at any time over the course of the raffle, but you may NOT edit your number once your entry is logged!
