i was bidding for a pokemon then got the pokemon from the wonder trade but i'm still the highest bidder for that pokemon and i don't want to now and i could use the pd i spent on it but i can't get my money back unless i lose. So a button to take back bids early would help

While I agree with this, it has been suggested and rejected many times before this. So I doubt this one will get anywhere either.

Yes, this was suggested and rejected a lot of times before. The main reason was that you cannot just withdraw your bid in real life auctions either.

While it would be useful, it would also be unfair.
If you don't know if you are going to want a pokemon, don't bid on it, simple as that.
