Ok, I'm not sure if someone had suggested this before, but this could be a great feature. Give players the opportunity to block spammers and beggars from sending them PMs. I know Pallpad has the option to not accept messages from non friended players. A friend of mine has been having trouble with a beggar/spammer via PM. Obviously mods/admin would be immune and can't be blocked.

Support or No support?

I'm fairly sure that this has indeed been suggested before.
No support. If someone is begging or spamming, report them. That's against the rules.
Edit: Yes, as a simple forum search with the words "block user" would have told you, this has already been suggested here.

@CarpetMonster. But wouldn't blocking be more effective? Warnings/few day banning won't scare off every spammer

If they do it again, they get banned for a longer period of time.
Reporting them actually prevents them from doing it to other people. Blocking them only protects you (and blocking them but not reporting them means you're fine, but other people aren't, so in a way, it's actually kind of selfish).
Regardless, as I said, this has already been suggested.
