My idea is a special egg for the starters, so you can see who is new players, and help them out.

And a clicklist to starter eggs to help them hatch! i know there is this clicklist for eggs and new adoptions but i think the other feature will make the game alot more fun for new people who wants to enjoy pokeheroes to

Do you mean a special egg for starter Pokemon or a special egg for new users?

Same question applies to the clicklist.

If you mean a special clicklist for new users and their first egg no support. The point is to encourage them to click to get clicks back, not sit back and wait while others use the "starter clicklist" to hatch their first egg for them. Also how would this feature make the game "more fun"? Another clicklist just for new people and their starter egg doesn't sound like it would make the site as a whole fun, unless I'm misunderstanding your suggestion.

Then no support. People who start out already get a special egg, a starter egg, to have.

There is already a clicklist for newly adopted eggs, so if a new person joins and has an egg then it will get on that clicklist.

Also not sure how there is a connection between giving new members these special eggs, whatever that may be, and making the site "fancy" and "more fun to play"
