As well as having pokemon trading, you should also have item trading.

have it easier to level up (trainer level)

You shouldn't put this kind of posts directly in the Implemented, you can only post in the Suggestion and the Suggestion alone if you have any suggestion for the site, and you should search if there is already something like this before, if not you can post but still not in the implemented.
