how do you make a line across a post? or a forum? I've seen it a lot, is it a BB code? this fourm uses it a lot

Are you using the American spelling (color) and not the British spelling (colour) ?

what does 'move' do on said sites? everything here is pretty much static in case you're referring to 'scrolling' text which is only achievable with html (unavailable to non-admin users) as of now ^^;
