I plan on moving everything from here to Pokefarm, but I need to fix my obligations before I can start offsite trading. I'll include closing thoughts at the end if you feel like reading them.

I have various things available to help refund. I of course have 116,776 normal gems, shiny and mega pokemon in my storage boxes (every single one is up for trade), boxes/keys, other gems, summon items, rare candies, and other various items. If you want to be repaid exclusively with PD, keep in mind that will be you will be the last to be repaid, especially depending on the amount. It will have the longest wait. Normal gem refunds will be the fastest since I have so many.

Raffle

I need to refund all ticket holders either with items or PD. I will not have enough nuggets, unfortunately. I will record the ticket holders here, how many tickets they own, what they want in return, and my progress with refunding them.

Simply put, I am still doing the shiny hunts. I am just not accepting new orders.

Closing Thoughts
I just want to say that I am sorry to those who counted on me finishing my raffle and ditto hunt and those that donated towards said goal. I did expect to finish it, but I simply want to direct my attention elsewhere. I am fairly active on too many websites, and as my life is changing soon, I want to focus on just one website so that I can spend more time doing other things. I'll do the best I can to refund everything, but please bear with me, as it will be quite slow!
