So i don't know if this is an accident or not, but it appears that the Daycare actually takes 100 instead of 50.

I have had 50 in deposit for a day for two now, and it hasn't gone away. Which, leads me to believe that it takes 100.

Is it a bug? Or just something where the text hasn't been updated?

Daycare takes 50 for 1 pokemon and 100 for 2

You do have by any chance a pair there? If so, that might be the reason :)
It takes 50 PokeDollars per Pokemon there, so if you've more than one, the Daycare won't work.
