Oliver padded out of the bathroom, feeling awkward in his outfit.
He carried his other clothes out with him, and let out a him. He
glanced around for a teacher, hands shaking a bit. He ran a hand
through his hair.
Corrie waved back at Nyx, wearing a matching grin. The girl headed
to the bathrooms to change into the shool uniform, humming a
cheerful tune as she walked. She might not have been sorted into
Tapirrus, but she was glad all the same.
James had also gone to the bathroom, holding his robes under one
arm. He had just been about to enter when he bumped into someone
exiting the bathroom. Groaning a bit, he steadied himself so he
wouldn't fall over.
Oliver let out a yelp, falling after someone has bumped into him.
He gazed up at the male, and smiled. He stood shakily, clutching
his old clothes. "Oh, sorry, sir..." He murmured, blinking up at
the man with an apologetic gaze. He was still nervous about being
in this outfit.
Amilie grabbed her brother's hand in fear as she saw the other new
students get sorted. Matteus smiled at her fear. He ruffled his
little sister's hair as they waited to be called. "Mattie? What if
we're in different houses?" Amilie asked nervously, rocking back
and forth on her toes. "If we are and anyone bullies you, tell me
and I'll put shaving cream in their pillows." Matt joked, smiling
at his sister.
Bellwether, her body language revealing her attitude, sighed.
"Um...Amilie Poulain?" Bellwether looked up from the list.
'Soon...this will all be done...' She reasured herself.
Amilie sighed. She walked up to the front, re-adjusting her
hairband. Standingon the plinth, noise suddenly flled the air
around her, though no one was talking. First there was just white
noise, like static on a TV, then a faint sound came forward
tentatively then soaring to a cresendo. She smiled.
'Latierra' she thought, and her smile turned into a grin as
the floor beneath her glowed green. She collected her uniform and
went to change.
Oliver blinked up at the man for a few moments, then scampered off.
He looked around for a teacher. Maybe he could ask for a female
uniform? Probably not, but it couldn't hurt to try. He coughed,
standing near the bathroom and looking for a teacher. His little
legs wobbled.
Bellwether sighed when she saw the list nearing its end. "Gajeel
Xut?" Bellwether looked up, 'What a name!' She thought to herself
as she waited for the boy to step forward.
He grinned as he walked forwards. Instead of taking the stairs he
jumped up onto the platform. He heard a Wolverine growling and he
smirked. His piercings reflected some light. Then the platform
turned Silver. He grinned
"Sorry, Miss!" Matt winked at Bellweather. He stood on the platform
as noise was pelted at him, a flurry of sounds. He smiled,
straining for one particular sound. He smiled as the groaning of an
old oak tree filled his ears. The platform lit up green jus like
his sister's. He smiled. He got his uniform and changed quickly,
embracing his sister as he passed her.
Bellwether sighed with relief when she looked at the last child.
"And you...um...Morgan Palla, yes...come on up here!" Bellwether
looked so happy, that Oksander rolled his eyes. "Couldn't they have
chosen someone more patient to do the sorting!"
(Heyo! As the second owner/creator thingy I get the honor of
announcing our winner for the small contest we held.The-Doctor and
myself believe that the best description goes to Glove! This means
Glove gets the right to have her character become an Animagus in
their first year! I think I spelt that right.)
Nyx smiled as the sorting came to a close. She was happy that she
wouldn't be alone in her first year at Magbruja.
Oliver saw a teacher standing by the wall, and padded to her. "Uhm,
ma'am?" He whispered, making her turn to smile at him. "Hello,
darling. What do you need?" She asked, tilting her head at him. He
shifted uncomfortably. "Uhm, I was wondering if I... Could have a
female uniform? I just feel more comfortable in it, it's fine if
not..." He said, voice picking up in pitch a bit. She blinked down
at him. "Of course! You should be comfortable in what your wearing.
Let me..." She took his old clothes, and set them on a table by
her. She snatched up a small, folded girl's uniform, and handed it
to him. "Go ahead." He smiled, scampering back into the bathroom to
change excitedly.
Whilst Matt was changing, he saw a girl run in with the wrong
uniform on. "Umm... Hey? Are you in the wrong bathroom or
something?" He asked, hastily buttoning up his shirt.
Oliver looked up at Matt, flinching back a bit. "No... I'm a guy."
He said, looking away. He raced into a stall, trying to ignore the
boy. He changed out of his uniform into the female one, which was
snug and for him well. He slid his shoes on, picked up the male
uniform, and got out of the stall.
