Oksander gulped as he stepped from the flying carpet that he had ridden on. A crisp breeze played across his round rosy cheeks as he looked at his surroundings. Two stone pillars rose on either side of him, making him feel small and weak. A worn marble wizard stood on the left pillar, a marble witch on the right. "Wow..." Oksander gasped as he caught a glimpse of Magbruja through the metal gates that blocked entry into the school. Oksander sighed and looked behind him, his eyes watching more flying carpets arriving, bearing different Magbruja students. He wondered how many of those students were as nervous as him, arriving for the first time as well.

Nyx looked around and shrunk in on herself.How many here were there for the first time and would she make friends?Nyx hugs herself around the middle of her body and bites at her lip."P..Please let there b..be some nice people."She whispers to herself.She looked through the iron gates that blocked the entrance of the school.She takes a deep breathe and tries not to jump as a random student brushes against her on accident.

Oksander looked over and saw a small little girl, so small, she looked like a doll. Oksander then went back to staring at the mountains. They were so beautiful, a pretty scene for this school. Oksander, lost in his thoughts, slipped and fell down the stairs, crashing into the small girl. "Oh! I'm so sorry! Are you alright?" Oksander looked at the girl with concern.

"I..I am okay."Nyx says in a small,quiet voice."A..Are you a..alright sir?"She didn't want to say that her back had hit one of the railings on the stairway.She had a feeling this one was going to bruise a little bit.Oh well just more to be added to the collection.She thinks to herself.

"Um...I've never felt better in my life!" Oksander chuckled as he tried smoothing his wild hair down. "Sorry about that...um...again, I was just lost in thought, and lost my...footing. This place is amazing, and I love the location!" Oksander took a deep breath, his big blues eyes in a far away place.

Casey rolls up the carpet she lands on. She fluffs her hair back into black, staring at the older students on broomsticks. One of them falls, and Casey snickers.

Oksander looked over at the snickering girl. "What are you laughing at?" Oksander looked at her curious. "If it was at that 5th year slipping off his broom, that's not very nice..." Oksander trailed off. "Sorry, I just dislike it when someone laughs at mistakes...I'm Oksander...Oksander Crump!" Oksander held out his hand as he walked toward the girl.

"I figured!" Oksander chuckled, his eyes casted downwards. "Um...so are you excited! I mean...I am! I never thought I'd be invited to Magbruja, or even actually be a wizard! I hope we let in soon..." Oksander looked out towards the mountains. Now you could see most of the sky as most of the children had already arrived and were musing about.

Oliver stepped off his own carpet slowly, and blinked. This still felt like a dream. He flattened his skirt slowly. He coughed into his fist, glancing around at the others. They were socializing and all, but he was just... standing there. His hands were held together, and he shivered lightly. He was so nervous.

"I honestly do not care which house I get in. I just can't wait to get...in!" Oksander nodded towards the gates. He then fell silent when a thin woman with a thin face appeared before the gate, a popping sound still echoeing around them. "Hello everyone...I'm Junko Bellwether, but you can just call me Bellwether. I welcome all of you here. Some of you are returning, some of you..." Bellwether looked at the different children before her, "are here for the first time." The gate behind Bellwether, exposing another staircase leading up to the main doors of Magbruja. "2nd-7th years, you may go." Bellwether stood there as different students rushed past her, up the stairs, and through the doors. After the last student had vanished, Bellwether turned and stared at the First-years. "Follow me." She quietly said before turning and walking up the stairs.

Nyx had looked up at the Miss Bellewether before following her up the stairs.She kept wincing as people ran into her causing her to slow down until she was in the back of the group of first years.She shivered a little bit as a cold breeze ran across her skin.

Oksander glanced back at Casey and the small girl before following after Bellwether. She opened the main doors when they reached the top of the stairs. "Come in, come in! Quickly now!" Oksander gasped when he entered through the doors. It was huge room with two marble staircases leading to a second level where the Great Hall was. The professor's offices were hidden behind the staircases. The floor was made from various woods; oak, birch, ash...Oksander, though, was most intrigued by the small, ivory platform placed between the two staircases. Ingraved in the middle of it, was Magbruja's crest. "Now children...this is a very important event. You are about to be sorted into your house. When your name is called, you will step onto this platform. I'm sure your parents have explained how the sorting works, so...no need for me to explain....Yes?" Bellwether looked at Oksander with surprise and annoyance. "Um...yeah, when are we going to change from our travelling clothes?" Oksander looked down at his Regmanos outfit. "Oh...um...well, after you are sorted, you will be handed your uniform, and you can change in the restrooms. The restrooms are down the hall on the right of us. Oksander saw where she was pointing to. 'Oh, ok...that answers my question I guess...' Oksander then began listening once more. Bellwether explained that they would recieve their wands after everyone is sorted. "So...now, let us begin the sorting!" When Bellwether said this, the door to the Great Hall burst open and the 2nd-7th students watched from the staircases. Oksander gulped, 'So many people!'

(Maybe...I got carried away?)

Bellwether looked down at the list of names before shouting, "Nyx Somun!" Her hardened face searched the crowd of cowering children.
