It would be pretty cool if there was a restaurant as a way to raise your pokemons xp without the help of other people. It would work like Los Seashellos, where you could buy dishes and there is a limit to the number of dishes you buy. Except instead of using the food to fill your energy, the food would boost the chosen pokemons xp. The dishes could cost pd of course

There are flutes in the Emera Mall --> Item Shop which doubles the Exp or Ehp of the pokemon

There are also rare candies which increase the level of the pokemon so there is no need to add a dish or anything more to the Emera Mall.

This just simplifies leveling. I would go into detail but DragonSumed summed it all up. If you want to make the maximum of your leveling you can also put certain pokemon in your party depending on weather.
