after a good bit of flying, Shade soon landed in front of his house and sat Mikako and the baby down.
''i'll get stuff ready, you can sit in the living room until it's ready'' he said.

Shade blinked and glanced over at her, a little taken aback.
''oh, okay... i'm being an idiot aren't i....? heh, yeah i am, sorry about that... and you should be learning this anyway for whatever happens in the future'' he said, blushing at the last part of his sentence.

Mikako carefully walked in the house and headed for the sofa. She sat with the baby slowly and smiled as she looked at its sleeping face. She whispered "Shade, where will the baby sleep?"

''in the nursery i have, i did tell you i watched my old co-workers children before, the baby is old enough to sleep on his own, i'll have the baby monitor on so if we need to check on him we can hear him'' Shade said.

he walked down the hall a bit and soon opened a door, reaching in and flipping a switch to turn on a light.
''this room doesn't have a window, making it the safest room for children... no intruders can enter this room so it's perfect'' he said, walking in and going over to the closet tucked away in the corner.

''it's perfect, little Light.... y'know, your parent's will think we've been together for a lot longer now that this little guy is with us'' he said.

Mikako blushed, her eyes widening as she realized that they were with a baby and they still had no ckue about Shade. She felt her voice waver slightly as she said "B-But shade, my parents, what will they think of this baby. They will think he is our biological baby and, that may make them even angrier"
