How can you tell if you get the first of a certain pokemon on the website? For example you hatch a shiny mega able Mewtwo X and it was the first on the site?

Now this may sound idiotic, but what pokemon is in the 'ancient egg' you get from the day care? Am i assuming its a harvest sprite that hatches after about 2,000 steps?
