this might be a weird question cuz im probably a low trainerlevel for it but yea how do i get one of those silly little guys

There are many ways to get ditto.

1. From Gem Collector for 10000 normal gems. (You need a ditto to get it though.)
2. Randomly from Lab
3. Buying from other trainers (Usually for 3.5-4M pd)

So getting a ditto is like going into a cult, you either are already in or need to get initiated

Not exactly. Like DragonSumedh said, you can get one randomly from the Lab (it will have the "Ditto" Rarity) or buy one for a lot of PH from other users. Some users are exceptionally nice and lend you their Ditto for the Gem Collector, but it's still a lot of Normal Gems
