This business is about selling items,pokemons,plushies,nuggets,help,etc, as well as trading with other players for better pokemon,etc to sell. we will also be selling art, custom spirtes, and more! not only that but our prices will be very very fair and we are open for negotiation. i seek employees to help me with this business for 5-10% per person of my company meaning if 4 people work for me, id have to give about 20-40% of my company, as an employee you have to tell me anything the customer wants to order, you serve the customer, you maintain patience and respect with customers, and you help me out if i need you too:) if i make 100k pd off of a sale and you helped, lets say i gave u 7%, youd gain 7k pd off that 1 sale, now if youv been a great employee id promote it to 10%, youd gain 10k pd off that sale, it might not sound like alot but if we get a ton of sales it starts adding up... about 10 sales and your already at about 100k just from my company. i strive to add more things to my company but this is what i have so far.
