Hello, so I'm currently shiny-hunting Yanma, and I thought of something. So the game says getting a Tall Grass egg breaks the chain, but what if it's the same species? Does it still break the chain? If you have answers, please respond, because I don't have the nuggets to get a Blue or Black Flute.

An egg of the same species from the Tall Grass is safe to hatch and will progress your chain just like a daycare egg would.
