I just got 10 dragon gems and 30 fairy gems and I was wondering how much they were worth because I looked at answers but the prices have changed.

The prices tend to vary, your best bet is to check the Item Shop and Public Trades to see what everything is currently going for, although you can vary your prices around those.

On another note, you may find it handy to hang onto those items for future things you may be doing in the game, for example, the Gem Collector and other things that require gems, as well as people who would buy them from you at certain amounts for nuggets.

There's also a super useful feature called stonks that you can use! It gives you the current market price of Pokemon and items. Basically you enter "pokeheroes.com/stonks?i=ITEM+NAME" into the url bar and it'll pop up. Here are dragon gems and fairy gems ^^
