The maximum number of Pokemon you can send on Rumble Missions at once is 6.

You need Explorer Bags for each Pokemon. You can obtain them by:
Show hidden content
Quote from Rumbling wiki pageFrom the Item Shop. One Explorer Bag can be bought under the Special Items tab.

From Rumbling. Sometimes a Pokémon may find an additional explorer bag while rumbling. [3 bags]

Completing your badge sets. Completing the first and second badge sets would give you an additional rumbling bag each as a reward.

I can only send one out at a time rn but that's only because I only have of explorer bag

What are the chances of getting one in the rumble area? Because I'm only missing 2, one is from the medals and the other one must be from there.

It's hard to collect explorer bags :( needs time and patience.
