Title: Badge Set Advice

Any advice on what badge set to focus on?
I know sets 1 and 2 give the same completion reward, but I'm not sure if it's easier to focus on completing set one or set two.

Shiny charm sounds neat from badge set three, though admittedly I'm not far enough into the game to know.
