How do you evolve snom, swirlix and milcery?

Snom: Have it hold a Soothe Bell while leveling up at night (from 18:00 to 05:59 server time)

Swirlix: Have it hold a Whipped Dream while being traded

Milcery: Hatch three of them to unlock Milcery’s Wheel of Fortune in the Game Center and then have a Milcery in your party holding a Sweet when it’s spun

@Lalvoe: Thanks a lot! Oh i forgot to ask how do i get Slopoke and Shelder to form Slowbro or Slowking?

You just need Slowpoke to get to lvl 37 to evolve into a Slowbro. To get a Slowking, you need to trade a Slowpoke holding King's Rock.
