You don't know how you got here.

You don't know where you are.

All you know is... It's dark.

You remember the soft glowing of a blue portal. You remember reaching out to touch it... then...

You awaken with a jolt. Underneath you, you feel the soft grass. The sun shines overtop. You look around. You are in a small cube, blocked at all sides with towering stone walls. There's a shack near the center of the room, and underneath you, there seems to be natural grass, a green field.

Then you realize... you're not alone. There are dozens of people of varying ages scattered across the field, laying down, seemingly unconscious.

Then... a rumbling starts. A portion of the walls start falling, creating 4 large gates, one in each wall. What will you do now?

Kendo groaned as he got up. He clutched his chest, trying to stop the bleeding. He picked up the katana laying on the ground next to him, looking around. His cold eyes glanced around.

"... What is this? Another tower?'

Cassiopeia woke up slowly, letting their golden eyes adjust to the new environment. They looked around for a few seconds, then realized. This wasn't their aunt's house. They clutched their hat, readjusting their hat and standing up slowly. They glowed slightly as they looked around, confused. ...This isn't anywhere near Auntie Xan's house... or else I would know...

Athena leaped up and reached for her sword - which wasn't there. Finding it lying a few meters away from here, she narrowed her eyes before grabbing it in a sudden motion. Arm still attatched, brain not fried yet - good.

Warily scanning her surroundings, she took in the other people. Most of them weren't up yet, but that wouldn't really make a difference when they were. Scanning their minds, the feedback she received was enough to put her off the task.

They either:
A. Had some blocking mechanism which totally frustrated her
B. Had exeptionally bright minds
C. Had chaotic minds which threatened to drown her
D. Something else altogether

Whatever it was, it was obvious these people weren't from her world.

The reason of my existence?
To annoy you.

Or is it the other way around?

Emiru slowly opened her eyes, inspecting her surroundings.
The soft grass felt nice, she hadn't seen any sort of nature in a while. But this was definetly not the crowded city she was in a moment ago.

Looking around, she saw multiple others waking up with confused looks on their faces.
Strangers they were, but they seemed to be from a distant world that she had not known of.

Her hat was laying in the grass next to her. She took it, adjusting it back on her head.

Valerie almost got a nice nap for once, however Wott had different opinions and electrified her awake. The wizard sat up, looking at the vast grass that covered the room. It almost felt like the plant tower at the academy... But at the same time not.

She gently touched the amulet around her neck. A soft, warm glow alerted her that Luma was still dormant inside.

"Come on, let's see what we can find!" Noot was calling Valerie over, standing (well hovering) beside one of the stone gates that was formed just now. Using her staff as an assist, she stood up, Wott landing and hanging upside down on her hand.

Lucinda stood up and yawn softly, she blinked and adjusted her eyes to the new environment. She summoned her sword and a small ball of fire. It was a tower, many others were here too and around half of them were all up and looking around. She walked around, taking in everyone’s appearances, there was two other people who looked like witches, like her mother. She was surprised and hoped she could get along with everyone else.

Kaori stirred. Waking up, it seemed like she was in a tower. But not alone, apparently. There were more than just her. There were multiple people. Which meant that there was probably more people to defend, from demons. If there were any. After Muzan's death, the Demon Slayers disbanded, but that didn't mean that there weren't any demons left. That only meant that no more demons would be made. She placed a hand on her hilt, the hilt of her Nichirin Sword. She would need it. Even if there were no demons.

With a flutter of multiple black crow feathers, "He" appeared with "his" black robe and pointed black hat. Amon nudged his monocle, smiling, eyes twinkling. 'How interesting..'

Surrounding him, were people wearing unusual clothing with different styles. A moment before "he" was just exploring the cosmos before the portal appeared before him. Out of spite, he entered it. He peaked at the minds of these strangers around him, wondering if any of them was the mastermind.

Of course he did not get any results, but "he" did reep some useful information, like "he" was not the only one who has mind reading abilities, and most importantly, these people weren't dragons, nor beyonders. Amon once again nudged his crystal monocle, on "his" right eye. He decided to secretly sent a few worms of time, just a few completely concealed.

'It's not like I'm going to control them, that will be a waste...' Amon shrugged to himself, he was just going to let those worm of time stick these people for awhile...

Emiru turned toward a very tall man who seemed to lack emotion in his face whatsoever.
Even if they were strangers from different worlds, perhaps they could work together to get out of here?

Cassiopeia heard some voices and noises. They stuffed their hands in their hoodies pocket, annoyed, and looked around one last time before deciding to answer a question they had heard. "Non, je..." They started, before realizing they were speaking in French and not everyone would understand. "I don't know where we are." It doesn't look like any place I know, and it doesn't look like this place is anywhere near The Bog or any of the Free Cities...

Kaori stood up, shaking her head. She would rather not converse, as she was not the annoying Tanjiro, who was way to talkative and social. She was more antisocial, the hidden enemy, the one that was presumed to be useless/helpless. She preferred those titles. They gave the people who gossiped more shock when she pulled out her Nichirin Sword, and saved them from a hungry demon. At the thought of demons, Kaori sighed. This place was clearly not Japan, and there were only demons in Japan. She would have to hurry and go back to Japan, as she was one of the 3 remaining Demon Slayers.

Kendo stopped at the gates, peering out through them. all he could see were the stone walls and the trail, as if they were stuck in a kind of... maze. This place seemed much larger than the 53rd floor, Deadalus' Labyrinth. Pulling out a small needle, he pricked his thumb, letting a drop of blood get absorbed by the grass. With a quick wave of his hands, light emanated from his palm. He stepped forward.

Cass watched, a little curious. "erm, Monsieur, pardonne moi, but..." They said, coming up right next to Kendo. "what...are you doing?" They asked, a confused look in their glowing gold eyes. Kaori stayed afar, watching them carefully out of the corner of her eye. One was speaking an entirely foreign language, but who was she to judge? After all, she preferred Japanese ~~no, I don't know Japanese~~ over English. After all, she was Japanese. But the other one? He was rather queer. Scratch that. Very queer. She kept her hand on her hilt, prepared for whatever might come out or appear.

Amon looked at the 3 who were standing at the entrance of the gate, narrowing his eyes, with a smile on 'his' face still. All three were speaking foreign languages that are not Leon, nor Ancient Hermes, or anything similar to Mr. Fool's home language.

At the thought of his beloved Mr. Fool, Amon lips quirked up, 'Well I hope that Mr. Fool will wake up soon, so we can play together again..' 'he' thought to himself, excited just thinking about, not caring that Mr. Fool would not like to see him any time soon.

Now back onto the topic, Amon glances at the gate, before sweeping his robes and walking towards the one standing right infront of it, interested to see what he was doing.

'It doesn't matter is I don't know what they are speaking, but soon I will loophole..'

Amon stood behind the other, and peered to look at what he was doing, even though he can just casually leave a worm of time on him, 'But where is the fun in that' Amon smirked.

'He' waved at the other man, trying to get his attention.

Athena narrowed her eyes at the gates and the paths leading from them. Mazes and tunnels were quite a normal part of her daily life, after all, the sewers were her main method of transportation. But those she had already mapped out with care over the course of many years. Sure, she could make a map of this maze as well, but by then it would most likely be too late.

Inspecting all the gates carefully, there was no draft that she could detect, or any kind of clue which direction was out. Her best bet right now was really to just start walking, but that wasn't the most strategic. And she should probably gather some food and materials before going, there was no telling how long she would be spending in here.

The reason of my existence?
To annoy you.
