I've recently, within the past few minutes as of making this post, purchased two Black Boxes from the sale. The description says that they're opened immediately without a key, but that never happened for me, and I have no keys in my inventory to go along with them.

They open without a key. They automatically open as soon as you purchase the boxes.

Black Friday Boxes from the sale are different to Mystery Box (Black)s. One costs 100 Nuggets, and give you a reward immediately, without a key. The list of rewards are on the page, as well as their percentages. The reward you get is also shown on the page once you buy a box. A possible reward from the Black Friday Boxes are Mystery Box (Black). These will be sent to your item bag, and need to be opened with a key.
