Eris thought it over. Either this was the owl's name or it's owner's name? She gently extended her hand to the bird, silently asking permission to touch it.

With a smile, Eris began to gently stroke the owl's lovely feathers. It was quite the beautiful bird. Her eyes lit up, maybe she could take care of it in the meantime!

Eris was almost to her feet in an instant, stopping herself just in time due to her new owl friend. She had to remind herself that this place was new and would take some getting used to. She looked at the owl kindly, a small smile on her face at the sight of the new friend.

A little startled, Eris followed after the owl, concern for the creature and whoever was involved in the crashing sound overriding her nervousness.

Eris yelped in surprise. A lioness?! Well, this was a circus like establishment... She quickly checked on her feathered friend, keeping an eye on the lioness just in case.

The lioness had colorful rainbow pigment in her fur, and she approached the two, her hot breath veering closer.. But at the sudden shout of a man she shied away, hiding behind Jester who had come out of seemingly nowhere. "Naughty Linda."

Eris breathed a sigh of relief. Thank the stars... And the owl seemed to be alright. She bowed to the Jester, "Thank you sir." Returning to standing, she tilted her head, "Is this one of the other members? Or has... Linda... been here for a while?"

Jester scratched Linda behind the ear, and as he did her tail flicked to flick something toward Eris. It was burned and sort of damp, but it was an old book. And Jester just stared at it.

Eris locked her gaze on the book, curious about it. Glancing up, she noticed Jester's gaze on the book as well. She gently picked up the book, not opening it in case it was sensitive material. She looked back up to Jester. "Is this yours, sir?"
