I'm making some shiny hunts for requests I have and I'm thinking in buy a Premium Account for Super-Breeding, Shiny Chance and PokéRadar battery but I have a question about PokéRadar battery.

It says: "The battery of your PokéRadar will never run out of power and the maximum possible chance of finding a Shiny is doubled!"

With this boost active I can change the pokémon I'm hunting and hunting another or it be locked for the one I was hunting when I activated the premium account?
Example: I'm hunting Rookidee and need more 2 but soon I get they I go start a new shiny hunt for another pokémon.

With premium, you can break your chain anytime and you don't have to buy batteries for another hunt! Your chain does reset, but it's just seamless hunt switching :)

So, if I break the currently hunt I won't need to recharge the pokéradar with new batteries? Even if I bought the 1 month premium account?

If you currently have premium, you do not have to buy batteries when you start/break chains.
If you're doing a hunt and your premium runs out, then the next shiny you hatch, you have to buy batteries
