Somehow the trade offer which I made that got declined had been setup again which is not done by me pls fix this

did u mean an offer on other ppl trade or ur trade
do u have any screenshots?
if its ur offer on someone elses trade, did u press the back button until the part where u offfered and pressed resend document?
if its ur trade, did u reload it and resent document at the part when it said ur trade has beem set up successfully
