this related to the cooking.

how do we learn recipes and how do we cook in this game?
it would be of great help if someone explains it in steps.

You will get the cooking pot as your gardener level gets higher. You will also get recipes as it gets higher - as well as the fact that you can get recipes from Professor Rowan at the lab. Check the Pokeheroes wiki (Community -> Pokeheroes wiki) and search up "Berry garden" for specifics.
