My favorite is gonna have to be the Pokemon Nuclear one. I forgot the actual name of it but it's pretty neat. This one is definitely in my top 3 as well.

Pokemon Blazing Emerald. It's a lot different from OG Emerald because of the regional forms, colors and the sprites + starters but it is definitely my favorite forever.
