Hi how do i put pokemon in my signature so people can click them and train them? I cant find any resources in the forums for it, thanks and have a great day.

You are probably talking about the "Widgets". You can find them here or by clicking on "Share Widgets" in the Community Tab.
Select a Pokemon, click 'Share' and then copy&paste the BBCode given to you into your signature :)
