Sorry if this is already posted.

I've been trying to get an Eevee egg from the gem collector for a while, but whenever I click to claim it, the page keeps loading forever. This happens only with Eevee so far, I've tried with other random pokemon and never had a problem. I made sure to have an empty slot in the party and, of course, had enough gems to purchase it.

Is it a bug or I'm doing something wrong?
