This is a superhuman society, with 80% of us possessing some uncanny ability. Cities swirled with chaos and confusion following the appearance of these powers, and a new profession emerged. We call those who fight for justice and help others in need heroes. You have been accepted to the prestigious UA high, the school which has churned out some of the greatest heroes in the world. Now, are you ready? Then let's Go!

Quirk Ratings!
1-10 (Weak to OP)
Black Lightning: Can create and manipulate any amount of Black lightning, and when in a charged-up state, increases the user's strength and speed. Causes injuries when used at 100%.(7-8)
Epithet: Uses spoken words to cause a multitude of events (4-7, situational)
Fairy: Is smaller in size and has see-through wings with which they can fly with. (3-5)
Energy Solidification/Spin: energy the user expels from the user's body they can harden it at will to either a completely solid object or a flexible one. When used too much, berserk mode activates. (6-7, 7-8 in berserk mode)
Hydrokinesis: The user can control and manipulate any form of water(5-6)
Ink Demon: The can manipulate and create Ink.(4-6, Situational)
Plunder Bubble: They can generate bubbles of various sizes that can pop with enough force to bruise the human skin, however makes this a good quirk is what happens when the bubble pops, whatever the bubbles pops next to gets stolen and taken(5-7)
Pain Split: When being able to see a person, the user can share their pain into physical pain with the other by thinking of things like memories. The deeper or more painful the thought is, also the more pain the other person feels. (6-9)
Sonic Wings: The user has a pair of steel wings that they flies around with, the wings can also blast air. The user often has to sleep to regain strength because of the weight of the wings. (5-6)
Spirit Barrier: The user can summon a group of butterfly spirits that provide temporary protection to whoever they surround. The user can also summon weapons made of these butterflies. (6)
Nightmare. It allows The user to bring a person's dark fears/thoughts and make them a reality. The user struggles with people who don't have fears or dark thoughts, not giving them anything strong enough. The weaker the fear/thought, the easier it is to beat it.
Crystal Skin: When her quirk is active those crystals begin to reflect light off them in a way that allows the user to completely disappear from the human eye. However when the user is in their regular state, that crystal like film on her skin works as a protective barrier that solidifies when a certain amount of force is applied. The downside is that this film does not protect well against more offensive quirks or blunt trauma, so it is not entirely a reliable source of protection until they finds a way to improve upon it. (4-7, situational)
Random: Completely random quirk from any one individual when used. The stronger the quirk, the more affect on his personality. (1-10)

Appearance(Hero/Civilian): he wears a red hoodie and baggy black pants when on the street, with his raven-black hair having blue and yellow streaks in it. His eyes are pitch black with specks of electric-yellow in them.
When in his hero outfit, he wears a black mask with a large grin patterned onto it, and he wears armor plates, and a gray cape.

Personality: he's pretty laid-back, and doesn't seem to be very serious, but he has a different side, which is confident and serious. He is a master strategist and is a great combatant.
Quirk: Black Lightning: He can manipulate black streaks of lightning that he generates off of his body to attack enemies, do an area attack, defend using more solid compressed lightning and a whole lot more! He is one of the three students in class 1-A to get in through recommendation, and came in first at the recommendation exams
Hero name: The Black Lightning Hero, Admin
Other: He is a master combatant, strategist and is highly proficient in many different weapons.

Appearance(Hero/Civilian):
Personality: marluxia is calm and quiet, mostly keeping to herself due to her using her quirk to silence the world around her. but in a bad mood she can turn around and be kinda rude. But she means well and tries to be polite
Quirk: Epithet. A word attached to her soul. Her word, is dumb, which allows her to create silent bubbles around herself to silence the world around her or keep herself quiet, dumb down attacks, or cause people to go dumb for 5 minutes. However, if she writes a word on her body with a marker, then she can use that word as well until it is erased from her body. I'll create a small list in others that has all the words I'll use. However, if she uses her epithets too much, she won't be able to use anything or will pass out.
Hero name: Jibberish
Other: alrighty, so i'm limiting the words marluxia can use, and if she uses more then i'll run it by you guys first
Soup- can create and shoot soup from her fingers, as well as use the steam to make fog as thick as.... pea soup.
Drowsy- Summon an army of sheep that when hit turn into a sleeping dust that makes you drowsy. Once drowsy, she can make her enemies' nightmares become real. If she uses enough power with drowsy she can cause herself to passout and create her own dream in reality, a large Wolf called Barkly. However, if she breaks out of this form she cannot use any other attacks.
Barrier- she can create, well..... barriers. Protect herself, protect others, and can move them freely.
Fragile- while her strongest word, she hates using it as it causes so much harm to herself. Every attack while fragile is written on her causes damage to herself. However, anything she touches will turn fragile and brittle. After every battle she uses this word she has to go to the hospital due to her likely breaking a bone or something.
I know fragile sounds OP, its suppose to with the drawback being it destroys her body when she uses it. She cannot use all the words at once, and its more of a stamina based thing. if anything is too OP, please pm me so I can work on balancing her.
also, she was brought into the school through recommendation, however, she rejected her guaranteed spot so she could fight for her right in that school with everyone else.
could we make none heroes as well?

Name: Emiko Akio
Appearance(Hero/Civilian): Hero in Training
Personality: She's usually timid, although Emiko can get talkative when any subject she likes gets brought up or if she's asked a question. When people know her more, she has a more humorous side than her usual nervous appearance.
Quirk: Fairy. Because of her quirk, Emiko ended up permanently being the small size of a fairy. This quirk allows her to sneak quietly around, her wings letting her fly around quietly. Despite that, her size usually gives her many weaknesses. Her wings are extremely fragile, being able to be ripped easily. She could also end up attracting a bird or cat during missions.
Hero name: The Wing Hero, Clear.
Other: She ended up choosing that hero name because her wings are like glass, being able to see through them.

Appearance(Hero/Civilian):
Personality: Darly is ever so sweet, she is kind and willing to help anyone out.She offten overthinks abs get overwhelmed. She loves everything to be perfect and hates seeing people sad.
Quirk: Demon creation: A purple black mist with allows her to create anything with the amount of solar energy she has stored up. If the horns on her head are huge she can create big to medium things , if they are small she can create small things. If her quirk is used to much she burns herself like sunburn but worse.

Appearance(Hero/Civilian): Hero in training, I wasn't sure whether or not to give an actual description so I figured I might as well, He's a tall slim individual with shoulder length messy black hair, dark blue eyes and brown skin tone
Personality: Usually very tired for no reason at all, Often zoning out and staying silent, so he generally puts minimal effort into most thing however He'll get serious If he's doing something important, despite all this he's still a well mannered polite individual
Quirk: Energy solidification, energy he expels from his body he can harden it at will to either a completely solid object or a flexible one, he often uses this to create 4 tentacle like limbs coming out his lower back which he uses for both attack and defense purposes, his favorite object to mold is a small knife (this energy has a dark-ish light blue glow)

Other: He has an addiction to using the word understandable and cracking his knuckles

Appearance(Hero/Civilian): Hero in training, He's of average height with wavy cyan hair and deep blue eyes, his hair often appears wet even though it isnt, due to his quirk, with a dark skin tone
Personality: Generally cheerful and upbeat, being over enthusiastic about everything, takes pride in his own abilities after leading to slight arrogance

Appearance(Hero/Civilian): Hero (U.A. Assistant Teacher)
Personality: Orochi is more of the calm and not very talkative type of person. He doesn't hesitate to help anyone with anything, especially other students. Orochi doesn't have the best humor, often times making conversations a bit awkward without realizing.
Quirk: Ink Demon. Orochi can have ink come out of his body to blast at others. He has a difficult time trying to learn how to control the ink's movement so it wouldn't just go in one direction. Although, every time he blasts ink, his body gives off a stinging pain. The second backlash is sometimes after he uses his quirk, ink leaks out from Orochi's eyes, almost like when mascara leaks down. Touching the ink leaking results in another stinging pain, one that feels like the ink got in someone's eyes.

Personality: Haru is often absent minded and isnt the brightest bulb in the box, however when it comes to using his quirk he's
a genius
Quirk: Plunder Bubble, Haru can generate bubbles of various sizes that can pop with enough force to bruise the human skin, however makes this a good quirk is what happens when the bubble pops, whatever the bubbles pops next to gets stolen and taken for himself, for example if someone is holding a pen and one of haru's bubbles pops near the pen, the pen will be in haru's hand, objects arent the only thing that can be stolen, some other things include Temperature, sound and smell, this was achieved through cultivation of his quirk
