you can boil them in the gem cauldron. you can find the gem cauldron with the gem collector once you reach trainer level seven. however you have to give 50k pd to fix it

They are randomly available at the Item Shop, but you can also specifically buy them from other users with them Item Trade in the Global Trade Station
