(Come to think of it, maybe this isn't the best way to re-introduce me; I've been away for quite some time -_-)

Refrained from the urban area of Nevada's borders lays a small town named Ashind. With only a population of 200, it seems that the town will never exceed that number; Until the day of May 23, 1962, when literal hell came to the world. The USSR had planned a nuclear attack against the states, hitting multiple high populated areas and killing millions. The Cold War was just beginning to heat up, and, given the circumstances, the town of Ashind became an oasis of castaways. Perhaps people came here for safety, maybe the opportunity to find a better place to go? Either way, it seems this town will have to suffice for the time being.
