Basically create a story one sentence at a time! Try your best to add to other peoples ideas instead of trying to make your addition the main focus. The story ends when someone writes "The End." A new one can start after that.

I'll go first:
Once upon a time there lived a beautiful prince, who was stuck in a tower because his family wanted him to be rescued by a strong knight who will become his wife.

The peasant girl was beautiful, with long blonde hair; but her family was poor, so she didn't have the fanciest of clothes.
