Is there anyway to get more explorers bag? Ive checked the shop everyday but none have appeared yet

According to The poke heroes Wiki,

Quote from Pokeheroes wikiThe Explorer Bag can be purchased from the Item Shop, another 2 are obtained from completing your first and second Badge Case, and the last 3 can be randomly found by your Pokemon while they're Rumbling.

Although I had never gotten them from the item shop. The best way is to complete your badge sets. This might help you.

You only get the first explorer Bag from the Item Shop. And like the quoted Wiki article: You get 2 from completing the badges and the last 3 can be randomly obtained while rumbling

1st =Avaolable in the item shop
2nd =Finish 1st badge set
3rd =Finish 2nd badge set
4th = Random Rumble
5th = Random Rumble
6th = Random Rumble
