My most embarrassing game moment for me is I accidentally killed my entire party in a D&D campaign and was suddenly killed by the boss. Bad roll with magic and we allow friendly fire. I blame the GM who wants to make it as hard as possible allowing friendly fire

One time, I was playing DND. I was a rouge, and was supposed to sneak down and figure out what was making noise. I rolled badly, and ended up killing another member of the party

One time when I started halo I was in the multiplayer part and I thought my friend were the bad guys so I just started unloading clips on them and I ended up killing them then failing the level

I failed a roll to kill my party member in DnD (the guy was annoying. He was a monk named Elon Shapiro). He had like 1 hit point left and if I hadn’t missed i could have ended him. I did miss. He, attacked back, and cut off my arm.

I later got a sick metal arm which gave me more strength so that was nice

Also when I was trying my best to kill the boss of a one shot campaign, after having killed 4 guards who were after me for stealing a bag of holding, and I had one HP and was barely making it.

My friend, who had only escalated the situation did nothing but make a flying disc, which ended up killing the boss.

Knocking out a Shiny Zubat I encountered in a horde in X/Y. Decided to use Incinerate on my Level 100 Talonflame to take out the other Pokémon in the horde... completely forgot Incinerate was a spread move...

Title: This violation of the master ball rule

I was playing through Pokémon Y version and I had a master ball. I planned to use it on Mewtwo because thats what you do. I looked in my bag and didn't have the master ball. I caught the Mewtwo but it turns out I used the master ball on a smeargle. That is something I don't like talking about.

One time in Minecraft hardcore, I was trying to find a nice mountaintop for a new house on my elytra. Used my last firework, crashed into a cliff, used a totem, tried to glide away, and ended up in a large ravine. We DO NOT talk about the lava pit below.

And that is how I lost my hardcore world.

Title: My dumb 10 year old self doesn’t read game text

So as a ten-year-old, my attention span was hella short and I loved to speed through text in my Pokémon games. Alas, that came to bite me in the butt in Platinum, where Jupiter gave a hint about the next story location (the Galactic Headquarters) but I didn’t catch it, so I spent weeks wandering around training my starter, and by the time I finally found out what to do, my Empoleon was already damn near level 80 haha
