This world is ruled completely by dragons. There are different tribes. The Ground Tribe, the Water tribe, the Air tribe, the fire tribe, and the Night tribe. The Ground Tribe lives in a swamp. The Water tribe lives in the sea with an above ground place and an underwater palace. The air tribe has it’s palace floating like all the little islands they live on. The fire tribe lives on a volcano and they can stand up to 80000 degree temperature. The Night tribe lives in caves, with tunnels going all around the world. They all have their own territory. Fire tribe can control fire. Water tribe can control water. Air tribe can control clouds and air. Ground tribe can control earth and mud. Night tribe has special powers like telling the future, reading minds, and they can control anything. All Night tribe members are all black, and have white scales under their wings that replicate the night sky. The tribes are hostage to others. There is something big coming. The tribes will have to unite to protect their land.
I control the kings and queens of all five tribes.

Splash was swimming around his territory. He was hunting. He had once again forgotten that he was the heir to the Water Tribe throne. His bioluminescent spots lit up pink with happiness.

The kid swam swiftly awound coral reefs, over trenches, and jumping out of the water. "woo whoo!!" he spun in circles.

“Catch me if you can!” Splash shouted, still racing through the water, forgetting that he was hunting.

"oh yess i am!!" He pushed himself causing his slipstream to break pieces of coral off reefs.

Splash kept going, relishing the wind and the freedom. He suddenly stopped. “Oh no! I forgot that I need to attend a council meeting!” He said, sinking, and swimming as fast as he could to get there.

He followed splash. "Oh, right" He fell into the dragon's slip stream.

Splash raced for the underwater palace. He had forgotten about it! AGAIN! Wave turned to see him come through the door. “Splash! You know you need to attend these meetings! They are very important!” Wave scolded, lashing her tail. Splash apologized and sat down, hanging his head.

The rainbow scailed dragon was blocked from getting in so he just swam around the front of the gate.

Wave started discussing the plans to keep the other tribes out of their territory. They came up with patrols of the strongest guards. That was their best idea, so they went with that. Splash left, bored but wanting to go hunt. “Let’s go!” He said waving to his friend.
Pic was sitting at the edge of his island, looking around. He watched the clouds, and waited. He wondered about the tribes. He knew he could never go to them, but he still wondered.

The rainbow scaled dragon followed splash. "What was that all about?"

“Keeping the other tribes out. And man, it is boring. That is all I really do. I wish we didn’t have to keep the other tribes out.” Splash explained, heading toward the edge of their territory. “It would be so much easier.” He added looking out over the water.

" Easier, and probably more fun, more dragons of different kinds to meet and have fun with!" He looked around to make sure no one else heard.

“Yeah. Do you ever wonder what it’s like in the other territories?” Splash asked, his patches lighting up pale blue.

"now i do" he shot up to the surface. "ugh"

Splash saw a large fish swim away and chased after it, using his water powers to create a whirlpool to trap it and bring it closer. He caught it and resurfaced, the fish in his mouth. “Huh?” He mumbled around the fish.

"nothing, hey, splash, do you have ice powers?" He asked his friend.

“Well, I guess. We can control water, so I guess we can freeze it. I’ve just never tried before.” He said shrugging.

"oh, okay" he was silent then and watched the stars

“We should go try!” Splash suggested, rising up, and going to an empty island. He landed and got water from around the island. He spun it, and made a bubble out of it. He concentrated and it started to freeze.

The dragon followed onto the island and just shot a barrel of frozen water at the bubble. "It, worked?"
