~ ARC 1 ~
Destiny Gardens portrays itself as a warm-hearted orphanage, which lies in the centre of a large wildflower-filled meadow. Surrounded by acres of open grassy fields, and acres of woodland even further out, many of the children here spend their free time exploring and running endlessly together. But for the not-so-energetic of the bunch, the home also offers its mysterious two-storey library filled with all kinds of books for them to relax with.
In reality, the house is not as friendly as it first appears.
The children living here were taken at birth, marked with a tracking device and a unique 5-digit serial number, and sent here to be trained where they’ll eventually be ‘adopted’ (aka, sold off at auctions) as nothing more than collectables or slaves to Pokemon Hunters. Besides, it’s not every day that a gijinka - a human who has obtained the powers of a Pokemon - is brought into the world. Many of these so-called orphanages exist throughout the world, but Destiny Gardens is a tad different. They are one of the few that only hold and care for legendary and mythical gijinkas, which bring large sums of money per piece due to demand. However, a child will never be shipped out until they've reached their highest potential, tested daily with sparring. On the other hand, if a child happens to reach the age of 18 beforehand, they’re released into the wild, becoming free game for hunters.
Somewhere out there, however, is a rogue group of gijinkas currently in hiding after having escaped their lives after being shipped out from similar orphanages or having been released after reaching adolescence. Their goal is to liberate as many gijinkas from these orphanages in hopes to crash the black market. But as the children have never been beyond the walls that surround Destiny Gardens, oblivious to the so-called adoption process, can they trust a bunch of strangers trying to take them from the only home they've ever known?

That being said, please don't abuse this to completely de-rail the roleplay ;w;
You may have as many characters as you wish, but be sure you can manage them
Children of Destiny Gardens are to be between the ages of 10-17 years old
Children of Destiny Gardens may only be legendaries or mythical (a list will be present below)
Rogue characters are to be 16+ years old and can be any Pokemon, including legends and mythicals
Preferably no duplicate species, but up to a maximum of 2 (to minimise confusion)
Shiny pokemon should be rare; 1 in 5 characters may be a shiny
No megas/Z-Crystals/dynamaxing - sorry ^^"
A general rule: Younger characters should be weaker, no matter the species; but age does not equate to level
Therefore, I won't be allowing 10-year-old characters to have level 100 movesets
If you've read all of this, the password is your favourite flower (put it in 'other')

Appearance:
A petite girl, standing at 130cm tall, Mirai is just a couple of inches away from hitting the average height for her age. Besides the two identical light blue birthmarks on either side of her face, she has an overall pale ivory complexion. Her eyes mimic the sparkling of clear oceans, holding nothing but a soothing innocence in their depths. Mirai's hair falls to around her hips - having never been cut before - and is pure white. The soft locks are often tied into two low ponytails with yellow hair bands, each having a tiny gold star-shaped charm on them.
Personality:
Soft-spoken and selfless, Mira is always willing to lend a hand to her peers with anything despite her seemingly constantly exhausted state no matter how much sleep she gets. When she does sleep, Mirai is a heavy sleeper and is not fussy where she sleeps - doubtful that even a Dialga's Roar of Time could wake her. But, she doesn't mind spending her poor energy reserves on good deeds and, because of this, she can be seen as quite naive. This child greatly dislikes the sparring that the children must undergo at Destiny Gardens and will often suppress her powers in fear of hurting anyone else. A further reason she does this is that, despite being a psychic type gijinka, her psychic attacks cause her pain in the form of stong migraines.

Appearance: She is pale skinned, and wears a short sleeved dress that's mostly light pink with red-violet sleeves and 'skirt'. She has short pink catlike ears, and a long pink tail that's almost twice the length of her body. She has large blue eyes and long pink straight hair. She wears pink boots and carries a small Mew plushie everywhere. It's pale pink and as blue buttons for eyes.
Personality: Astral is a bouncy ball of energy that loves to socialize. She's nice to everybody, yet tends to avoid those who bully her, sticking around close friends. Her energy can be annoying at times, and she's still rather young, with a naive attitude toward things. She falls victim to new tricks far too easily, leading to her becoming very clingy around friends.

Her attitude can end up coming of as her being prickly or just plain annoying, when in reality she's just extremely careful
