Hi!
I am currently trying to complete the Johto Pokedex and earn the little badge for my homepage :)
Do I need to collect every version of Unknown?

Also, do I need to get Celebi or is this legendary the reward (like Mewtwo was for Kanto?)

Yes you need to collect all the unknowns. Also, you have to get a celebi (you can obtain it from route 53 or buy it from someone..) to complete your dex.

You will need all the unowns ~~except flake, its event :P~~ and the birbs: Ho-oh and lugia, as well as celebi alongside the game center legendary beasts. The reward will be a mega-able Y Mewtwo
