Cy gathered his thoughts, at least he thinks they are his, and tried to walk. He needed to lie down, but the woods definitely wasn't the place to do it. He needed to find help.

The whispers continued as Brenno walked to the strange leaf that glowed green. The minute his fingers brushed the leaf, he felt a sharp pain like a thorn as the whispers grew louder and louder, almost becoming screaming. It stopped as the shard pulled away from the leaf and attached to his skin. He dropped to the ground, his hand still stinging, and closed his eyes. As the pain stopped, he opened his eyes and moved to get up. The screaming was like a hammer to his head. "Shut. up. I'm trying to think." He formed a fist again, and dirt flew up to coat it as if he was drawing it like a magnet. "What the?" He shook his hand, unclenching his fist. Only then did the dirt come off.

Ced started getting angry, then suddenly teleported near a bush
"w-w-wha-"Ced stammered
a stinging pain started to creep up to his fingers and realized that he lost 3 fingernails from teleporting.

Willow managed to pull herself up off the ground, a little to well, in fact. Her feet left the ground, and she bounced into the sky, before slowly sinking back down to earth. "What the..." She muttered.

As Cy tried to walk, he felt a sudden wave of pain come over him. Tears ran down his face and he dropped to the ground again. Slowly the pain releaved, and he began to walk again. "I need help and fast. Was that crystal radioactive?' He thought to himself.

Curious, Brenno began unclenching and clenching his fist. Dirt flew up and fell back to the ground as he did, making Brenno confused. Was this because of the strange leaf? "I've got to find Alex."

Some hair had fallen over Willow's face when she fell, so she reached up and brushed it out of the way. When she did, a gust of wind suddenly blew against the trees, though only strong enough to make their branches rustle. She stared at them, then her hand, in bewilderment.

Alex was surprised. She meant to put the crystal back into the ground, but she didn’t notice that she had slipped it into her pocket.

If everyone else has powers, we must be aliens! She thought clenching her fist. When she did so everything froze except her. She kept walking and released her fist. Everything started again.

Brenno nodded slowly, staring at his hands with wide eyes. "Yeah, yeah. Let's do that." He then noticed the green shard was still there. "Hey, uh, what was that thing you found earlier?" he asked, looking up from his hands.

“Huh? I thought I reburied that!” She said. “Well, I guess it must be important. Let’s go.” She said. “First let me try something...” she said as her hand started to glow a gold color. She reached out her hand and touched Brenno’s wrist. When she pulled her hand away, she left a golden mark on his wrist. “There.” She said as she froze time.(Brenno can still walk and talk with that mark on his wrist.)
