Hoopa help

Hi
I just started the Hoopa quest and have found all 5 hoops but every time I click on the last hoop it takes me to a YouTube video and refuses to register as the 5th ring. Any ideas?

There is a user who has the Hoopa ring on their signature as a troll. It may help that Hoopa rings cannot be found on forums or on user profiles.
