Hello there!
This thread is an idea I had some time ago. Because I can't be active 24/7, and my Romanian timezone makes it rather hard for me to RP with people around the globe, I asked myself "What if I make a RP in which people can RP almost freely even when I'm offline?"... And this guild RP is the idea. You, together with your friends, or people really eager to RP, form a team, and start going on missions, even when me, the dm, I'm offline. Why? Because one of the people from the group will become the DM for that mission. And, to make it even more interesting, people that participate can also shape the world in parts that weren't shaped by someone else before.
How will this work, you ask me? Simple!
You form a team at the guild. To do that, you just need to post a response with the team, and who takes part in it, and, optional, you can say if it accepts new members or not. Example (A.k.a my team's form):
Team Salvation
Leader: Zack (A male shinx)
Accepting new members.
Then, one of the people in the team will be the one to come up with a mission, in which the team needs to prove itself worthy. Or a SoL episode, if the team doesn't feel like having a mission.
Of course, for this to work, there need to be some rules:
Every new mission? SoL episode will be called a mini thread. For example, mini thread one.
You can only have one character in a team. You can't have two or more characters in the same team, but you can RP more characters in the same time, if they aren't in the same team.
Don't start a save the world story. I want for this RP to remain as open to new people as possible, and as casual as it can be.
Use common sense.
Don't god mod.
Don't make a DM bubble.

Title: Clarifications #1

...After talking with a friend about the idea, I realized I have to clarify some things. When I said DM, I didn't refer to an all powerful person who changes everything after it's will. Just someone who designs the mission and puts the enemies in it. And a party doesn't need to have just one DM. In fact, anyone can take part in making the mission, as long as they don't god mode their characters. That's literally the single rule when making a mission. Let your imagination go crazy.

...After, again, talking with my friend, I realized I didn't make myself clear about another thing. To join, you just need to write a Team Form, which is composed by: The Team's name, the team members, and if it accepts new members or not. After writing a response with that information, you're free to RP and unleash your imagination. And teams can be formed of just one character, if you didn't manage to find someone else to join your team.
