You and your fellow “contestants”, if you can even call them that, were transported to this place called “Dreamland?” “Dreamworld?”, whatever, it doesn’t matter. You were found by the strange creatures who lived here. They took you in and cared for you. They recommended you all go on a tv show that, as they put it, “every single person, who has a tv, watches”. You don’t know if they were lying when they said it was a fun game show, all you know is that you HAVE to get out of here or you won’t get to see anyone but your fellow “contestants” again. You didn’t know anyone else once you got here, you still don’t know some of them, as you only share a cell with a few. However, you all have the same goal, FREEDOM...Hopefully you achieve your goal...you may just have some help along the way...good luck...

Welcome back, everybody...*Magolor said into the camera focused on him* To Daydreams and Nightmares, Dreamland’s favorite game show! Let’s introduce our first contestant, Spyder! *a couple of Waddle Dees that are carrying spears come and unlock a cell and drag Spyder out, a look of despair and fear on her slightly beaten-up face, she grabs onto the doorway like a cat trying to avoid a bath* Spyder? *Magolor repeated, slightly annoyed, eventually Spyder let go and was dragged out of the cell and onto the stage*

Silverspire rushes around, as fast as her paws could take her. She is screeching orders to the other members of the mic staff. She flicks her tail and the darkness closes in. She blocks off the exit with some shadow but focuses on the mics. Her tail flicking behind her as she does.

*Meta Knight directed the camera staff to change angles, keeping one on Magolor and one on Spyder*

*Magolor turned to face Spyder* Ah! There she is! *then he looked back at the camera* Spyder! *an audience cheering sound effect was played by one of the sound effects crew, as there was no actual audience*

N tapped his camera a few times and groaned in frustration when its screen remained black. He gestured to Virgil to get him another one. Nodding, Virgil picked up a camera and flung it across the room. N's Archeops quickly flew to catch it before handing it to N. Really, these cameras broke down so easily. Both of them began working on angling the cameras.

Tilikedash stared at the show, with a few eyes at once. The others were focused on the other staff and the surroundings. He bobbed slowly, some of his tentacles brushing the ground. He knew every line, having been able to read them over and over, both in snippets from minds and from a rough script.

*Spyder glanced around at all the cameras, she was frozen in place, unwilling to move or speak, she had no idea what to do*

"Hey, it's fine! We won't break it!" Virgil promised Meta Knight. Espeon might have accidentally sent him Meta Knight's thoughts. "Espeon or Umbreon will stop that."

"Besides, your camera was already broken." N added with ASL hand gestures, nodding to the camera he was supposed to use. "What did the mic staff do now? Spyder's probably forgotten her lines..." He added to Virgil via Espeon's telepathy, which didn't link to Meta Knight.

Silverspire runs by N and the other camera people. "THAT IDIOT FORGOT HER LINES!" she seethes, her tail pointing in Spyder's direction. "I need Star Crossed too." she says.



Star Crossed rose her head from where she was working. "Someone say my name?" she asks

*Spyder shivers, she hated being on stage AND she had forgotten her lines, she hated being here, but she had to play by the rules for now, which she could barely do due to fear*

*Meta Knight looked at Silverspire* calm down, please, you’re only making things worse. *he motioned “Script!” to Tilikedash*

"If you guys have the script, I can ask Espeon to project the lines to Spyder telepathically." Virgil told Silverspire telepathically. N was also able to hear them. As is, of course, Espeon who was responsible for setting it up.

Tilikedash let out a low growl, something that made the area around him shudder. His words were in a different tongue, but his own language and the common language were similar enough. "Silence yourselves! I know the lines if they are needed!" Each of his eyes landed on a staff member. He realized he'd been tuning into random conversations in their heads, alongside those that were vocal.

Tilikedash's pupils shined green, a psychic script drifting to the minds of those around him. He closed some of his eyes, directing the powerful "script" towards those on stage, words filling their heads. Once the entire script that included Spyder had been copied to their minds, Tilikedash opened the closed eyes again, his green pupils dying back to their normal grey color.

*Meta Knight nods as a thank you to Tilikedash, he turned back to the stage and directed the camera staff a bit more, making sure they all stayed on Spyder and Magolor*

H-hi...*Spyder stammered* I’m Spyder, I’m ready to start! *she said, smiling awkwardly*

*Magolor nods* great! *he brings Spyder over to a quiz-looking area* first one is Trivia!

"Welp, seems like our help was unneeded." Virgil commented, with a quiet sigh. Espeon's ears drooped.
"You two already contribute so much. Imagine how I'm feeling." Leafeon commented. He was admittedly one of the least used members of Virgil's team, because his ability to instagrow plants was still developing.
"You're right." Virgil nodded, going back to camera adjusting.
