The Sun and the Moon

For several years, wild pokemon have lived out in the forests. Despite what many trainers think, they are not alone out there. Some pokemon band together in clans, surviving the seasons together. The two largest clans are known by the names Sunclan and Moonclan. Sunclan lives on the wide pains, a place where the sun seemingly always shines. Moonclan enjoys the shade provided from the trees, and the gentle breeze that flows between them. The two clans rarely fight, knowing that together they are stronger. However, Moonclan’s leader was found dead by the Sunclan border, all his lives drained in a single moment. Tensions are rising between the clans, and the sparks of war are starting to ignite. With the two clans on the brink of war, many worry for the sake of the life they’ve come to know. Will any clan come on top, or will they both be destroyed in the battle?

Rules:

1. Please follow all PH rules!
2. You can only play as cat-like pokemon, or small-mediumish, four-legged pokemon.
2.5. If you are unsure about the pokemon you wish to use, Palpad me!
3. No legendaries allowed!
4. Romance and relationships are allowed, but I do not wish for it to take over the rp.
5. As of right now, please only take on two higher up position!
6. Only make as many characters as you can handle!
7. Do not force anybody to take on responsibility for your character! If you want a player to be your mentor (whether warrior or medicine cat) please ask them first! If somebody fails to ask you, Palpad me and we can work things out!
8. Hybrid pokemon are allowed, but they are not a mix of the two. They are either their mother's species, or their father's species!
9. I will change rules as I see fit, so try and check in regularly.
Not a rule but someone got mad because I didn't credit where I got this idda from. So thanks person from PFQ I've forgotten!

Hollowstar sat in the camp, his eyes narrowed. Tensions had been high since Shellstar had been found on the Sunclan border. The Ninetails was barely recognizable when found, and Hollowstar had been angry. Shellstar had been his mentor, and then had named hi his deputy. He closed his eyes with a soft sigh, getting up to look for his deputy, Hailspire. It was probably time to send out a sunhigh border patrol. He would also have the amount of warriors in the patrol doubled, they couldn't take any chances.

Ash Flight sat, her eyes darting back and forth from her other clan members. She just sat there, studying them carefully.

stone claw popped up out of nowhere behind her, "hey, whatcha doing?"
ash flight barely glanced up at her brother. "nothing." She replied, not really listening
"What do you mean nothing?"
"I mean its none of your concern," she growled back, "why do you have to be so pushy all the time"

Rainblaze watched the rest of the clan, anxiety in her eyes. They hopefully would decide on communication before fighting. Hopefully... She didn’t hope to fight her sister! Besides, one-on-one she was a sure win and they both knew it.

Summerstorm bounded around camp, aka her idea of “pacing”. Rainblaze had informed her about the body of their leader being found, earlier. What if they decided fighting was the way to go? No, no, please don’t... Summerstorm prayed feverishly.

Stone claw smiled back at his sister "Well, why do you have to be so grumpy all the time?"

Ash flight rolled her eyes. It was impossible to argue with her brother "How is possible to NOT be grumpy in times like this"

Stone claw shrugged and looked down at his paws. "maybe going on the next patrol will lighten you up. Literally, since y'know, your fur.." he started to crack a smile. He looked up at Ash only to see that she was glaring back. She obviously did not find that funny.

"heh-heh... sorry Ash" Stone claw apologized

Ash sighed. "no, don't apologize... you were just trying to make feel better. Your right, maybe going on the next patrol will lighten things up." she looked back at the camp, waiting for the patrol. Stone claw just decided to lay down and play with his tail.

Hailspire paced. She was in a bad mood, and was sure to let others know. She snarled at the (NPC) apprentices and nearly bit a warrior.

Please shut up... Rainblaze mentally sighed. She wasn't the biggest fan of the Alolan Ninetales when she was cranky. And it seemed like she wasn't sneaking out tonight either... Dammit. Sighing, she decided to do a quick hunting trip.

Bored out of her mind, Summerdtorm decided a hunting trip may do her some good and trotted out of the camp.

"Me." Rainblaze responded, trotting forward. She was about to go hunting anyway. Even if it was a border patrol, she wanted something to do and this was fine. She dipped her head to the Deputy with as much respect as she could master at the moment.

Hollowstar watched Hailspire, slowly nodding. They seemed to be on the same page, which was good. He padded over to his deputy, casting a quick glance. While he was glad she was taking responsibility, she would have to try and contain her annoyance. "So then you are headed out on patrol?"

Rainblaze led the group to the border. She began sniffing at the ground, checking the scent markers.

Summerstorm ran across the moor, stopping only when she saw a patrol in the distance. Rainblaze! She had to physically stop herself from rushing over to her sister.
