The interviewee grew angry, aggressive. This interview took place last summer, between a historian and Drate Clent, the leading developer in technology.

Markus was in his shop, tinkering with Pillow, correcting mishaps, making adjustments. He liked his work, and he ran a little shop for robotic repairs, and just in case anybody wanted something more than a repair, he also had an entire workshop in the back. He leaned back, removed his dust mask, and exhaled, pulling a nylon airtight cover over the open body of Pillow.
