Curious of the evolution method of this new event pokemon.

Can someone please enlighten on how to evolve this pokemon?
It does not evolve with happiness, nor through rumble missions. No items seem to work too.

Give it a rare candy, then level it up.
Then give it a calcium, and level it up.

Im going to clarify. Only make it HOLD those items. if you feed them those items it will NOT work
