Personality: Harley is very quiet, and he doesn't talk much. He prefers to stay away from others when he can.

Rumour(spirits only): People say that you can often find him wandering the shore line on a full moon. If you talk to him, he could leave you with an old gold coin.
Backstory(optional): His parents were great merchants and often sailed the seas, trading their items for great treasures. On an expedition they came across a wrecked pirate ship. They cautiously moved to investigate it, but the pirates inside where still alive, and quickly killed the family. He know wanders the shore where they died.
