The sun was just beginning to rise, light peeks through the trees and shines upon puddles on the ground. It was a beautiful morning, but Rose didn't have the time to appreciate it. She was up early, she stares down at a large piece of wood. A map was carved on it. It is the inside of the lab. Everyone here had come to know the inside very well, without the need of a map. They had ran for two days and made it here. They call this small place home. It has a nice stream for water. They managed to make homemade homes made out of wood and brush, it's not much, but it's safe. A log tipped on it's side gives off the direction they ran from. Rose sighs and stares up at the sky. She looks clearly distressed. Her time away from the lab hauts her during these times. When she can't distract herself with anything else.

Zero wears large metal cuffs around her hands. It blocks her ability to use her powers. Not that she would dare use it against them. Two large men flank her sides, they are armed with large knives, ready to kill her if she takes one step out of place. Was it morning? Night? Zero had no way of knowing. She blinks as she realizes more people are around her. They are all younger than her, expect two and all flanked by these men. She rarely sees the other kids, she glances away from them. Continuing her march towards the main office. They must all be meeting with the director.

Kali sat in the dark room, not knowing where she was. She couldn’t feel anything. She couldn’t feel anything. She couldn’t even panic, she couldn’t even care that she was in chains. What had happened? She sighed and looked at the chains. Somewhere near her, she heard something. She looked around but couldn’t see a thing.

Revb was sitting in some sort of cell, a glass wall let her see beyond. She had been awake for a few minutes now, unsure of where she was "I don't know where this is but, it's weird."

"Get up!" Men bark as they barge into both Revb and Kali's cells. Both of the cells were designed in some way to play with the girl's emotions. Yet, another way to ensure they stayed beaten down. They roughly grab the girls and drag them towards where Zero already sits. The handcuffs are now chained to the floor. One of the men has his hand on her hair, he forces the back of her neck to rest threateningly against the knife. "Thank you kind gentleman" the director says. Her eyes warming in their presence. When she glances at the girls her eyes turn to disgust. "Sit. Both of you. We have much to discuss" she tells them sharply

Revb looked at the men around her "What the- hey hold on what heck's going on here! Ugh..." She looked at them and said those words in a upset sounding tone

"Hey, wanna come in this trash can with me?"

She reluctantly did what she was told, but really wanted to punch them in the face. Normally, she would already be panicking due to her past trauma, but she didn’t feel anything like that. She kept standing when she was told to sit, not feeling like taking orders from this guy. She stayed silent with the emotionless look on her face.

Both men forcefully press down on Kali's shoulders, forcing her onto the chair. They keep their hands here, gripping her shoulder to keep her from moving.

They don't answer Revb. They practically drag her to the director's office.

Zero glances at the newcomers. She turns her head like a confused dog, she turns to the director, a dog-like snarl on her face. "Want me to kill them?" She asks her. It wasn't unusual for the director to order Zero to assinate other kids.

"No, of course not. Thank you Zero" the director tells her without glancing at the girl. The director stares at the door. Waiting for a few more arrivals

Revb's disgusted look said enough about how much she liked this. She wanted to restrain, but she didn't know what she was up against. She decided to just work along with it now, although she hated it

Sara sat looking out at the busy city streets wondering what she should do today she had a slim glimpse of the vast ocean beyond the city they let her roam around most of the building since she never caused any problems and when she did it wasn’t her fault but she stood by this part most of the time although she didn’t feel very attached to this part earlier the guards were complaining about how some people had escaped but that wasn’t her problem.

Her expression remained unchanged and she said nothing. She just looked at the director and at Rose.

(the Degenerates are kinda scattered. Rose is actually at a homemade camp away from the lab. Some Degenerates in the lab and some escaped)

"You three. I have a special job for you..." The director tells them. As you should know, there have been some escapes. I want you to locate them" she explains

Sara noticed a person walking over to her “what is it?” She turned to him
“You should go see the director.” Sara headed down the hallway and opened the door to the room she noticed some other people and walked over to kali and listened to the director

Bri was still in the lab, waiting for something to happen. She couldn’t take much more of this. She felt like she was going insane, she just wanted to die. She could feel the dry tears on her face and the scars burn as she sat there.

Revb folds her arms, one finger tapping her elbow. She looks questioningly "I didn't know about no escape rats now. And why do we have to do it? I don't even know where this place is." She looked intensely "That reminds me, where am I, or we I guess?"

The director doesn't even glance Sara's way. She takes a sip of her drink, drawing the time out. "I've scheduled an appointment for all of you to have chips placed in you. You won't escape. If you don't return in a five days" she makes an explosion sound. "You die" she tells them. She raised an eyebrow at Revb. "Amnesia?" She asks. "Tsk, you've been here your whole life. Don't talk out of turn" she growls

One of the scientists puts a mask on Bri's face, ready to knock her out and put in the chip.

Zero seems unaffected by her words. In fact, she looks eager to help her out. "Sounds fun" she tells her enthusiastically.

Rose sits on the table, carving lines onto her homemade map. She was going to try and break everyone out soon. She was sure she would die trying to do this, but the effort would be worthwhile. If she could bring down the director with her it would be worth it

The director gives Sara an annoyed look, but she doesn't critize her for talking out of turn. "As soon as the chips are placed in you" she explains. "I'm sure it shouldn't be a challenge. Freaks can easily find other freaks" she tells them coldly.

Revb looked at the director. She's been here her whole life? That couldn't be right, she couldn't remember anyone present there. They must had been lying just to get her to do some dirty work. And on the topic of that, what the heck kind of mission was this? Blow her up? She frowned "Suuuuure I've been here, I'm just going to believe everything you say in thr blink of an eye" she said in a overly sarcastic tone. She wanted to say more then that, but stopped. "Ok, so you want us to search now?"

Gas starts to through a tube and into the mask. It was one of the nicest things about the scientists. They used anesthesia for their surgeries. The old woman preforming it gives Bri a kind smile. "We'll be done in a few minutes" she tells Bri kindly. She is one of the few scientists who treat them like human beings. She lightly pats Bri's hand comfortably.

"You'll get all the information you need when the time comes" the director tells Sara. "For now I recommend sitting tight. We'll begin all your surgeries shortly." She doesn't answer Revb's first statement. Instead she writes something down on her paper mumbling something about "further testings" under her breath. "No, we will leave all of you in your rooms" she nods to the men who took them all here. "You're all dismissed"
