Okay, so,

My harvest sprite Aqua was in a battle, and for no logical reason his sprite was facing the wrong way. See here:

In battles, the Pokemon sprite will be in opposite side if it's your Pokemon, so basically, that image isn't a bug. It's just how the sprites will look like in battles on PokeHeroes
Don't mind me, just floating around here and there, once in a while :3

Yeah, that's Aqua's normal sprite direction. I have no idea why this happened. Is there a specific glitch with the harvest sprites in battle?

Nah. That’s how battle sprites work. In normal battles (like in Showdown), your Pokémon will turn their back sprite, and the foe will be normal sprite. But, due to not having a back sprite on PH, the Pokémon in your side will be opposite instead. Basically it just how sprites work in battles on PH ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
