Pokemon yellow was the only videogame I had for 4 years. It's my favorite game and the best for me.

Sapphire because it was my first, and I have a story about it. I was fighting Norman, and I got him down to his last slaking. All my Pokémon had fainted, and I was down to my hm slave zigzagoon. The slaking kept spamming focus punch, and lost its focus when zigzagoon hit it with rock smash. Because of truant, I won the battle, my hm slave zigzagoon at 10 hp my lay Pokémon

It’s got to be black 2 for me. The whole 5th gen was when I first forayed into competitive and so I spent so much more time with that game than the ones previous

Might be either Pokemon: Sapphire because it's the first pokemon game I played or PMD EoT/D/S because of the absolutely amazing storyline.
